nWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development & Sales Manager with strong expertise in Client Relationship Management and Prime Vendor Account Management.
nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing existing prime vendor accounts, building strong client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and bringing in new job requirements. This role will focus on account growth, vendor acquisition, business development, and ensuring a consistent flow of new positions for the recruitment team.

- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients and prime vendor accounts.n
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned vendor and client accounts.n
- Build long-term relationships with prime vendors and key business stakeholders.n
- Regularly engage with existing accounts to generate new job requirements and business opportunities.n




- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and increase the volume of open positions.n
- Identify, approach, and onboard recent prime vendors, clients, and staffing partners.n
- Develop effective strategies to generate new business and expand the company's vendor network.n
- Conduct business development activities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and other outreach channels.n
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal recruitment team to ensure timely support and candidate submissions.n
- Follow up with vendors and clients regarding open requirements, candidate submissions, interviews, and placements.n
- Track account activity, open positions, submissions, placements, and overall business performance.n
- Negotiate business terms and establish strong, long-term partnerships with vendors and clients.n
