ServiceNow Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Project Manager who can independently run a large-scale CMDB / ITOM / ITSM program.

Core ServiceNow Expertise
ITSM: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management / Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, SAM, HAM, CMDB.
ITOM: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB Health, CSDM, CI relationships and service dependencies.
Infrastructure & Discovery: Servers, Cloud/Server Discovery, Load Balancers, Citrix applications, server-side information, CI data, relationships/dependencies, Service Maps, Discovery onboarding, duplicates and superclusters.
Integration & Connector Concepts: Connectors, Discovery/Event integrations, REST APIs, payloads, server-side integrations, event-to-alert processing, alert rules, Flow Designer, and CMDB data/CI population.

Key Responsibilities:
Own day-to-day project delivery, backlog, sprint planning, prioritization, and story/task assignment.
Coordinate developers, architects, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, infrastructure and client teams.
Track open, pending, aging, and high-priority tickets and drive them toward closure.
Lead RCA for complex and long-running technical issues.
Identify risks, blockers, dependencies, and escalate proactively.
Coordinate CMDB, Discovery, ITOM, ITSM, integrations, and infrastructure-related activities.
Support/lead DSU, backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritization, KT, and status meetings.
