Job DescriptionVelivoHR is looking for a Senior Account Manager with robust SEO/AEO expertise who can own client relationships end-to-end, from pre-sales pitches and product demos through to steady-state account growth.
nResponsibilities
nSEO/AEO Expertise
n
- n
- Bring hands-on understanding of SEO fundamentals and the emerging AEO/GEO landscape (brand visibility across AI assistants and answer engines)n
- Stay current on how tools like Semrush and AI-search tracking platforms feed into client strategy and reportingn
- Translate audit/tracking findings into client-ready insights and recommendationsn

nPre-Sales & Pitch

- n
- Lead pitch development and client-facing presentations for new business opportunitiesn
- Partner with Leadership on solutioning and proposal creation for new engagementsn
- Represent in first meetings with prospective clients, translating their brand/marketing challenges into a compelling narrative for our solutionsn

nProduct Demos
n
- n
- Run confident, consultative demos of in-house products to CMOs, CXOs, and marketing/digital headsn




- Handle technical and strategic questions live, looping in delivery/technology teams where neededn

nAccount Management

- n
- Own a portfolio of enterprise client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day relationship managementn
- Track account health, renewals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities across SEO/AEO and technology servicesn
- Coordinate internally with delivery, content, and technology teams to ensure client deliverables and SLAs are metn

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in SEO, and familiarity with (or strong interest in) AEO/GEO conceptsn
- 5–8 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or a similar client-facing role - agency or digital consulting background preferredn
- Proven pre-sales exposure: pitch decks, proposal support, and presenting to senior client stakeholdersn
