Job DescriptionRole Details: As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for driving portfolio growth, customer engagement, retention, profitability and lifecycle management. The role involves developing customer-centric strategies, managing portfolio campaigns, identifying growth opportunities, and leveraging analytics to enhance activation, spends, retention and overall portfolio performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Analytics, Risk, Product, Digital, Operations, Marketing and Partnerships to deliver strategic business objectives.

- Drive portfolio growth and profitability through data-driven customer lifecycle strategiesn
- Monitor and manage key portfolio metrics including activation, spends, engagement, retention, yield and revenuen
- Design and execute customer engagement, usage stimulation, reactivation and retention campaignsn
- Develop targeted portfolio strategies for customer acquisition cohorts and lifecycle segmentsn




- Analyse customer behaviour, campaign efficacy and portfolio performance to identify growth opportunitiesn
- Collaborate with Analytics teams to generate actionable insights and drive business decision-makingn
- Work with Product, Risk and Digital teams to enhance customer journeys and improve customer experiencen
- Manage merchant, network and partnership-led offers to drive customer engagement and spendsn
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and identify opportunities to strengthen product propositionsn
- Prepare portfolio reviews, business cases, management presentations and executive performance updatesn
- Drive cross-functional execution of strategic initiatives and ensure timely delivery of business outcomesn
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance and governance requirements across portfolio programsn
