- Executing activity of exhibit batchesn
- Preparation of code list / BOM for exhibit batchesn
- Check material availability for exhibit batches & maintaining the stock of same by communicating with purchase & raising PR.n
- Application of SAP code for exhibit batchesn
- Provide the costing & Freight Form for exhibit batches.n

- Fulfillment of Commercial products.n
- Preparation & revision of code list in DMS software.n




- Checking of artworks & preparation of packing material specification in DMS software & SAP.n
- Input & Updating of the NDC label information in SAP.n
- In an urgency as per product requirement online proofing shall be carried out for all printed packaging material.n

- Innovator Characterization, Container Suitability, Finalizing the packing material for stability charging.n
- Preparing & finalized dimensions for secondary and tertiary packing materials.n
- Initiation of final artwork proof for client submission & approval.n
- Send the final artwork file to the purchase department for proofing activity.n
- Send the approved shade card to plant QC and purchase department.n
- For dossier filing product preparation of PM Specification and checking of Artwork.n
- By coordinating with TTG department plan & monitor exhibit batches activity.n
- Monitoring the Pre-exhibit batches packaging activity at R & Dn
- Initiation of CCP documentn
- To observe timely cal
