nAbout the Role
nKreedo is looking for a Customer Success Associate to manage and grow relationships with our preschool partners. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, resolving customer concerns, supporting academic coordination, and contributing to revenue growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
nKey Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with assigned preschool partners and ensure a positive customer experience.n
- Understand customer requirements and resolve queries and concerns effectively.n
- Coordinate with internal Academic, Training, Sales, and Operations teams to resolve customer issues.n
- Drive customer retention and renewals by maintaining strong relationships.n
- Identify and support upselling and cross-selling opportunities.n
- Follow up on outstanding payments and support timely revenue collection.n
- Collect customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of concerns.n
- Track account health, customer satisfaction, and engagement.n
- Visit partner schools/customer locations when required for relationship management and issue resolution.n
- Achieve assigned customer retention, revenue, and business targets.n
