nAt TKJ's, we're building a modern Indian beverage brand and looking for someone who can help us put our products where people work, travel, watch movies, and spend time.
nThis is not a traditional FMCG sales role.
nWe're not looking for distributor managers, beat sales executives, or general trade specialists.
nWe're looking for a business builder.
What you'll donYou'll be responsible for generating and growing B2B sales across:
n• Corporates & offices
n• Cinema chains & multiplexes
n• Airports & airport concessionaires
n• Hotels & hospitality groups
n• Educational institutions
n• Hospitals & healthcare facilities
n• Cafeterias & food-service operators
n• Events & large-scale gatherings
n• Strategic institutional accounts
nYou will:
nProspect and generate leads through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, networking and outreach
nSet up meetings, product tastings and commercial discussions
nConvert opportunities into long-term accounts




nManage relationships post-sale and drive repeat business
nCoordinate with operations, production and logistics teams
nMaintain sales forecasts and pipeline visibility
nTrack market trends, customer behaviour and growth opportunities
Who we're looking fornExceptional spoken and written English (near-native proficiency)
nStrong email writing and communication skills
nComfortable with outbound prospecting and relationship building
nHighly organised and data-driven
nFamiliar with CRM tools, Google Sheets, LinkedIn and modern sales workflows
nAble to work directly with founders in a fast-paced startup environment
