Job DescriptionThe role of the Accounts Payable involves providing financial, administrative and clerical support to the organization.

- Ensure accurate posting of expenses to relevant ledgers in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.n
- Validate vendor invoices against POs, Contracts and ensure timely identification of discrepancies.n
- Ensure analysis of Vendor Ageing, Expense trend, Variance vs Budget and ensure timely identification of discrepancies.n
- Scrutiny of individual GL's of Income, Expenses, Assets and Liabilities.n
- Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities, support MIS.n
- Ensure proper accounting and Filing of TDS, GST Returnsn

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.n
- Experience in Accounts payable, MISn
- Experience in Filing of TDS and GST Returns.n
- Experience in driving process improvement.n

- Solid mathematical and Excel skillsn
- Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeepingn
- Ability to keep company and partner confidencen
- Working Days and Timingsn
- Monday to Saturdayn
- 10:00 AM to 6:30 PMn
- 2nd and 4th Saturday offn
