We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Manager to lead and scale our U.S. IT staffing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a high-performing Bench Sales team
- Farm and develop new vendor/implementation partner relationships
- Participate in hiring, training and performance management
- Drive submissions, interviews and placements
- Analyze submission → interview → placement ratios and identify performance gaps
- Develop strategies to improve recruiter and consultant productivity
- Stay current on U.S. IT recruitment and technology market trends
- Strong working knowledge of H-1B, OPT/STEM OPT, EAD and C2C/W2 staffing compliance

We’re looking for someone who is:
- A solid people manager and team builder
- Data-driven and comfortable analyzing recruiting KPIs
- Proactive, accountable and solution-oriented
- Experienced in U.S. IT staffing/Bench Sales

Experience: 10+ years in U.S. IT Staffing/Bench Sales with prior team leadership experience.
