nWe are seeking a creative and experienced E-Learning Developer for a 3-4 month contract engagement. The ideal candidate will transform existing training content, instructional design materials, voiceovers, and learning assets into engaging, interactive e-learning experiences. This role has the potential to convert into a full-time position based on project performance and business needs.
nKey Responsibilities

- Develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Mindsmith AI, Colossyan, or similar authoring tools.n
- Transform training content, presentations, storyboards, and voiceovers into engaging digital learning experiences.n
- Create learner interactions, assessments, simulations, and multimedia-rich learning assets.n
- Design visually appealing content aligned with learning objectives and brand guidelines.n
- Publish and deploy courses in SCORM/xAPI formats and ensure LMS compatibility.n
- Collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning solutions.n




- Perform quality checks and optimize content for learner engagement and user experience.n

nRequired Skills & Experience
n
- n
- 3+ years of experience in e-learning development and multimedia learning design.n
- Hands-on expertise in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.n
- Experience with AI-based learning tools such as Mindsmith AI, Colossyan, Synthesia, or similar platforms.n
- Robust understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.n
- Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, LMS deployment, and course publishing standards.n
- Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond, or equivalent.n
- Experience creating storyboards and interactive learning scenarios.n
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.n
