nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an experienced TV Ad Sales Leader to lead the Upcountry Sales business for R Bharat. The role will be responsible for driving advertising revenue across key upcountry markets, building strong relationships with advertisers and agencies, and expanding R Bharat's presence and business across the region.
nKey Responsibilities

- Drive TV advertising revenue and business growth across assigned upcountry markets.n
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, advertisers, brands, and key decision-makers.n
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships.n
- Drive sales across spot advertising, sponsorships, branded solutions, special properties, and integrated offerings.n
- Develop customized solutions based on client objectives and market requirements.n
- Lead negotiations, closures, and overall client relationship management.n




- Track market trends, competitor activity, and advertising spends to identify growth opportunities.n
- Work closely with internal teams including Branded Content, Marketing, Programming, and Operations to deliver effective client solutions.n
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team across assigned upcountry markets.n
- Ensure robust sales pipeline, forecasting, collections, and revenue visibility.n
- Expand R Bharat's advertiser base across regional and national clients.n

nWhat We're Looking For

- n
- 14+ years of experience in TV Ad Sales / Media Sales / Advertising Sales.n
- Strong experience in upcountry markets with a proven track record of revenue generation.n
- Established relationships with media agencies, advertisers, and large brands.n
- Strong understanding of the Hindi news and television advertising ecosystem.n
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets.n
