nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an Accounts Payable Executive to manage day-to-day accounts payable activities, invoice processing, vendor coordination, and payment-related documentation.
nKey Responsibilities

- Creation of PO, Process and verify vendor invoices and supporting documents.n
- Manage accounts payable entries and vendor reconciliations.n
- Coordinate and support vendor onboarding, including documentation and system registration.n
- Coordinate with vendors for invoice and payment-related queries.n
- Assist with payment processing and maintain accurate records.n
- Support month-end closing and finance-related activities.n
- Ensure timely and accurate accounting of transactions.n
nSkills & Qualifications

- n
- Bachelor's degree in commerce/finance; MBA Finance or CMA Inter preferred.n
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable / Finance & Accounting.n
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and accounting principles.n
- Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills.n
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.n
