About the Role We're hiring a Customer Success Manager to sit in the Founder's Office and own two connected motions: converting trial accounts into paying customers, and driving deep product adoption, seat expansion, and renewal across our existing enterprise base. What You'll Do Trial Conversionn

- Own onboarding and activation for accounts in active trial, driving them to "aha moment" rapidn
- Track trial usage and engagement to identify stalled accounts and intervene proactivelyn
- Demonstrate clear ROI to convert trials into paying customersn

Retention & Expansion (Paid Accounts)n

- Drive seat expansion and upsell within existing accounts by increasing RM/user adoption
- nBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders (RMs, team leads, decision-makers) at customer organizationn
- sRun regular check-ins, QBRs, and training sessions to maximize product utilization
- nOwn retention and renewal targets, and be directly accountable for NRR/logo retention
