Role Description The Financial Controller is a full-time, on-site role based in Viramgam, responsible for overseeing financial operations, controls, and reporting for ARV Companies. This role includes managing accounting processes,



ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, and supervising month-end and year-end closing activities. The Financial Controller will monitor budgets, cash flow, and cost structures, provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the finance team, reviewing reconciliations and ledgers, coordinating audits, improving internal control systems, and preparing management reports for senior leadership. The role also involves partnering with operational and commercial teams to evaluate project viability, track performance metrics, and support long-term financial planning.
