nWhat You'll Own
n* Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, appointments & travel
n* Coordinate meetings, prepare MOMs and track action items
n* Ensure timely follow-ups on delegated tasks
n* Manage key calls, emails and communications
n* Coordinate with banks, CA, vendors and external stakeholders
n* Track renewals, documentation and compliance deadlines
n* Handle authorized petty payments, petty cash and account-related coordination
n* Maintain accurate MI
