nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an experienced Finance Head / CFO to lead the overall finance function and drive financial control, reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate should have strong Financial Controlling & Accounting expertise and proven experience in senior finance leadership roles.
nKey Responsibilities & Requirements

- CA with 12+ years of corporate finance experience, including 4–5 years in Finance Head / CFO-level roles.n
- Strong Financial Controlling & Accounting experience is the most critical requirement for this position.n
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, cash-flow management, working capital management, and overall finance operations.n
- Experience in setting up and improving finance systems, MIS, internal controls,



costing, and inventory management.n
- Strong ERP exposure, preferably SAP Business One (SAP B1), including ERP implementation, process improvement, or upgradation.n
- Sound knowledge of statutory compliance, taxation, audits, and regulatory requirements, including handling complex financial transactions.n
- Exposure to export transactions, foreign operations, transfer pricing, and subsidiary transactions will be an added advantage.n
- Experience in IPO readiness, IPO preparation, or pre-IPO activities will be highly preferred, as the company is planning for an IPO in the next 2–3 years.n
- Strong experience in preparing and presenting MIS and financial reports to Directors, Senior Management, Board members, and Banks.n
- Proven ability to lead and manage finance teams across multiple locations, with solid leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.n
