Position Overview

We are looking for a highly strategic, performance-oriented Central Sales Manager with strong expertise in the stock market domain to lead and streamline sales operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between senior management, sales teams, and academic functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Business Growth
- Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies leveraging in-depth stock market knowledge to promote stock market–related courses and programs.
- Target Planning & Performance Management
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs for teams.
- Monitor performance regularly and ensure consistent achievement of revenue and growth objectives.

- Work closely with top management to align branch-level execution with overall organizational goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, or a related field
- Master’s degree preferred

Experience
- -Minimum 8 years of leadership experience in sales management and operational roles
- -Prior experience in a stock market, finance, or investment education environment is highly preferred
- -Stock Market Expertise

Strong understanding of stock market fundamentals, financial instruments, and investment concepts

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced, dynamic environment.
