nWhat You Will Do (The Role)
nYou will be trained to support the backbone of pharmaceutical development. Your responsibilities will include:

- Documentation: Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of vital trial documentation and Case Report Forms (CRFs).n
- Compliance: Learning to uphold global standards (ICH-GCP) to ensure patient safety and data integrity.n
- Collaboration:



Working closely with our senior team to support clinical trial operations and study coordination.n
- Reporting: Learning the basics of tracking trial progress and ensuring all data is audit-ready.n

nWhat We Are Looking For

- Eligibility: Must be a fresh graduate or final-year student in B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, B.Sc/M.Sc (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, etc.), or Nursing.n
- Mindset: A robust desire to learn, a high level of integrity, and an organized approach to tasks.n
- Technical Basics: A basic working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) is all you need to start. We will provide the necessary training on industry-specific clinical software.n
- Experience: Strictly for Freshers. If you have prior work experience, please do not apply for this trainee position.n
