Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Executive role is based in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, engage with enterprise clients, and present HappyLocate’s relocation solutions to decision-makers. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings and calls, understanding customer requirements, preparing proposals, and negotiating commercial terms. The role involves maintaining a robust sales pipeline,



coordinating with operations and account management teams to ensure service alignment, and providing regular sales forecasts and reports. The Sales Executive will also nurture long-term relationships with clients, support contract renewals, and contribute feedback to improve offerings and sales processes.

Qualifications
- Solid consultative sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.
- Client relationship management capabilities, with experience in handling corporate or enterprise accounts.
- Ability to understand and explain service offerings, customize solutions, and prepare clear, persuasive proposals.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, sales reporting systems, and basic MS Office applications for daily work.
