nFinance & Accounts
nRole Purpose
nTo ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual books closure, preparation of financial statements, consolidation of group accounts, compliance with accounting standards, and coordination of internal and statutory audits.
nKey Responsibilities
n1. Books Closure & Financial Reporting
nLead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
nEnsure accurate recording of journal entries, accruals, provisions, and adjustments.
nPerform balance sheet reconciliations and review general ledger accounts.
nPrepare trial balance, profit & loss account, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
nMonitor period-end closing timelines and ensure adherence to reporting deadlines.
nAnalyze financial results and provide variance explanations.
n2. Accounting & Compliance
nMaintain books of accounts in compliance with applicable Accounting Standards/Ind AS.
nEnsure compliance with Companies Act, tax regulations, and internal accounting policies.




nReview accounting transactions for accuracy and completeness.
nManage fixed assets accounting, inventory accounting, and intercompany transactions.
nEnsure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records.
n3. Consolidation of Financial Statements
nPrepare standalone and consolidated financial statements.
nPerform intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.
nSupport group reporting and management reporting requirements.
nEnsure compliance with Ind AS/IFRS consolidation requirements.
n4. Audit Management
nCoordinate with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, and Tax Auditors.
nPrepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
nAddress audit queries and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
nAssist in implementation and monitoring of internal controls.
nEnsure audit readiness and compliance throughout the year.
