About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused PMO skilled to coordinate multiple projects, stakeholders and operational workstreams.
This role sits at the centre of execution — connecting leadership, internal teams, clients, external stakeholders and vendors to ensure projects move from planning to successful closure.
This is not a role for someone who only maintains trackers. We are looking for someone who takes end-to-end ownership, follows through aggressively, identifies risks early and ensures commitments are delivered.
Key Responsibilities1. Project Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to closure.
- Create detailed project plans, timelines and execution trackers.
- Define milestones, dependencies, owners and deadlines.
- Conduct regular project reviews with relevant teams.
- Identify potential delays and risks before they impact delivery.
- Follow up with stakeholders until actions are completed.




- Maintain clear visibility across all active projects.

2. Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a central coordination point between internal and external stakeholders.
- Schedule and manage project discussions and review meetings.
- Document decisions, responsibilities and next steps.
- Ensure information reaches the right stakeholder at the right time.
- Maintain professional communication with senior stakeholders.
- Track commitments and ensure timely closure.

3. Operations & Execution
- Coordinate operational requirements across projects.
- Work with internal teams and external vendors.
- Maintain project-specific checklists.
- Ensure all pre-project and execution-day requirements are completed.
- Manage last-mile dependencies and escalations.
- Support on-ground execution wherever required.
- Ensure quality standards are consistently maintained.
