We help them build identities, launch products, create campaigns, and scale their brands.n If you love building brands, learn fast, and don't shy away from wearing multiple hats, you might be our person.n THE ROLEn Graphic Designern Location: Mumbai, Andheri W (In-Office) | Full-Timen What You'll Do:n You'll be the visual storyteller for multiple D2C beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands. You won't be designing templates or following a rulebook, you'll be creating distinctive, on-brand visual work that helps founders build the brands they're proud of.n Day-to-Day:n n Design brand identity systems (logos, typography, colour systems, brand guidelines)n Create social media content (Reels graphics, carousel designs, story templates, banners)n Develop campaign visuals and promotional graphicsn Design packaging mockups and product visualizationsn Create website graphics and UI elementsn Collaborate with our social media, content, and strategy teamsn Take feedback,



iterate quickly, and ship work that worksn n WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORn Experience Required:n n 1-3 years of graphic design experience (agency, in-house, freelance all count)n Portfolio demonstrating work across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or fashion brandsn Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required)n Understanding of design for social media and digital platformsn n Skills Required:n n Strong visual sense (composition, typography, color theory)n Can work with brand guidelines and maintain consistencyn Understands how design serves business goals (not just aesthetics)n Quick turnaround on deliverablesn Comfortable with feedback and iterationn n Must-Have Mindset:n n Enthusiastic about design and visual storytellingn Curious and always learning (current tools, new trends, new techniques)n Open to experimenting with AI toolsn Collaborative: works well with teams and takes feedback welln Flexible: comfortable with multiple design styles and brand aestheticsn n Nice-to-Haves:n n Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)n Experience with motion graphics or animated contentn n HOW TO APPLYn n Resume highlighting relevant design experiencen Portfolio (Behance, Dribbble, Google Drive, or website link) showing your best workn n Email:n Subject Line: "Graphic Designer Application - [Your Name]"n We review applications on a rolling basis and will get back to you within 5-7 days.
