About NetaSamparkNetaSampark is a civic engagement platform helping citizens participate beyond election day — through polls, community ideas, issues, feedback and access to information about their elected representatives.We are looking for a Growth & Community Lead to make NetaSampark a platform citizens actively use and share.What you'll ownDrive citizen acquisition, activation and retentionBuild and grow NetaSampark's online communities across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other channelsDesign campaigns that drive citizens to vote in polls, support ideas and participateBuild local/community partnerships with RWAs, colleges, NGOs, youth groups and civic organisationsDevelop referral and sharing campaigns to create organic growthIdentify communities, influencers and partnerships that can bring users to NetaSamparkTrack the growth funnel: visitors → registrations → participation → returning usersRun weekly growth experiments and measure what worksWork closely with the content team to turn poll results, citizen ideas and platform data into engaging campaignsBuild a network of local citizen/community ambassadorsWhat we're looking for2–5 years of experience in growth, community building,



digital marketing, social media or a startupSomeone who has actually grown a community or product , not just managed social mediaStrong understanding of Instagram, WhatsApp and digital communitiesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable approaching organisations, communities and potential partnersData-driven and comfortable with analyticsHighly proactive and willing to experimentStrong interest in India, democracy, public policy or civic issues is a plusYour success will be measured byNot followers.
