Credit Analysis/ Annual Review : Senior/Lead AnalystReport To : Senior ManagerDepartment : Corporate & Investment BankingLocation : GurugramJob SummaryWe are looking to hire someone with experience in credit review/appraisal, credit rating, report writing, capital structure, EBITDA, leverage ratio & financial statement analysis for mid-large corporates, Financial Institutions etc.Key Responsibilities:Analyst/ Senior Analyst/ Lead Anaylst will join the Lending Services (Corporate and commercial banking) team at Evalueserve, supporting bankers in critical lending/credit processes across end to end lending journey such as follows:Financials spreading (PL, BS and CF) on excel based model or lending platform along with key credit.Performing PD/LGD spreading on risk rating platforms (Quantitative & Qualitative Parameters)Calculating covenants in line with facility agreements and providing detailed rationale for covenant Performing Annual/Quarterly or Half yearly reviews small or medium connections: Business Overview, Financial Analysis (Historical and Forecast) (Operating, Leverage & Liquidity ratios), Covenant performance PD/LGD analysis, Verifying/Calculating compliance against bank transaction guidelines (DSC, FCCR, LTV, Interest cover, leverage etc.)
