This role involves creating and reviewing detailed design drawings for prefabricated structures using Mitek Sapphire software, ensuring compliance with project specifications and building codes. You will collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to deliver accurate plans and maintain project timelines.



Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting design challenges, optimizing material usage, and staying updated on industry trends and software developments.QualificationsProficiency in Mitek Sapphire software, knowledge of design principles, and the ability to develop detailed shop drawings for prefabricated building projectsExperience in construction design, structural detailing, and understanding of building codes and regulationsStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with engineers, project teams, and clientsAttention to detail, accuracy in producing designs, and problem-solving capabilitiesFamiliarity with material optimization and experience in creating cost-effective construction solutionsBachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in commercial, industrial, and residential projects is a plus
