The ideal candidate will possess solid analytical skills, deep market understanding, and a proven track record in category or sales management.Role and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for course planning, pricing and Strategizing, scaling and managing the partner collaboration model.Responsible for managing the topline of your vertical.Build relationships with top Instructors.Identifying and executing initiatives to boost growth,



driving margin improvements and delivering top notch customer experience.Understanding the category in depth and designing analytical insights into consumerbuying pattern.Manage deployment and qualityservice providers.Manage relationships with existingservice providers and consumers.Creative local marketing strategies and user growthcampaigns.Working with the productteam to create great user experience for that category.Working with the marketingteam to generate customer requirements.Rolling out partner collaboration processes and ensuringthat your team adheres to the SOPs.Team Management: Expected team size at full capacity:50+Knowledge, Skill and Experience for the Role3+ years of experience in managing multiple hierarchy teams of 10+ employees (experience in managing multi geography teams is a plus) in account management/online advertisement sales or sales operations.Experience in starting and scaling largehigh-performance teams.A total of 5+ years of experience (candidates with lower but relevant experience in managing large account management/online advertisement sales or sales operations teams can also apply).Experience in e-commerce and consumer internetindustries is highly desirable.Highly analytical and data driven.
