We’re Hiring: Customer Relations Officer – Operations & Coordination Location: Kalyan Nagar, BengaluruOrganisation: Urban Raga Music SchoolJob Type: Full-time / On-siteFreshers & Interns: Welcome to applyUrban Raga Music School is looking for a young, disciplined, organised and proactive Customer Relations Officer who can handle customer enquiries and coordinate day-to-day activities between students, parents, teachers, vendors and our operations team.Key Responsibilities Handle current enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and walk-insCommunicate professionally with students and parentsFollow up on enquiries, trials and admissionsCoordinate with teachers regarding classes, schedules and student requirementsCoordinate with vendors and follow up until assigned work is completedSupport the planning and execution of school examinations, events and student recitalsPrepare and manage schedules, checklists and follow-upsMaintain proper records and provide regular updates to the managementSupport general centre operations and administrationTake ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure timely executionWho Can Apply? Fresh graduates, freshers and interns are welcomeCandidates staying in or around Kalyan Nagar,
