We're looking for a Junior Accounts Executive with hands-on Zoho Books experience to support day-to-day accounting and finance administration — primarily Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, accounting entries, reconciliations, and finance admin work.What you'll doCreate and maintain sales invoices in Zoho Books; record customer receipts and adjust against invoicesMaintain customer-wise receivable reports and perform regular customer account reconciliationsHelp resolve invoice and payment-related queriesRecord vendor bills and expenses in Zoho Books; verify invoices and supporting documents before accountingRecord vendor payments, maintain vendor ledgers, and track outstanding payables with payment schedulesReconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies; coordinate with vendors on invoice/payment queriesPass routine accounting entries and perform bank, customer,



and vendor reconciliationsSupport month-end closing and maintain proper documentation and accounting recordsAssist the finance team with basic MIS and accounting reportsHandle day-to-day finance administration, including maintaining invoices and supporting recordsCoordinate with internal teams for required invoices and documentsSupport statutory compliance data preparation (GST, TDS) and assist during auditsWhat we're looking forB.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Finance or Accounting1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance operationsHands-on experience with Zoho Books is mandatoryBasic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeepingGood understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts PayableExperience with bank, customer, and vendor reconciliationGood working knowledge of MS Excel/Google SheetsStrong attention to detail and accuracy, with positive documentation habitsGood communication and coordination skillsWillingness to learn and take ownership of assigned finance activities
