We at Eight Network are creating long-form series and films. We have a slate of shows going into production this year, with the video app launch due soon.The role: Own the creative execution of IPs. Envision, direct, edit and turn locked scripts into shows people watch twice. You will lead with a team of shot artists, AI creative technologists, editors and sound.Must have-4+ years directing fiction, ads, or independent narrative work (shorts, features, series)-A strong visual storytelling instinct. A body of directed work we can watch-Pre-visualised working method, with editing expertise-Genuine openness to AI production as a craft. Tools can be learntGood to have-Any hands-on generative work, informal worksWhy join usYou will create more released work in a year here than in five years on conventional productions, on a slate of original IPs being built from the ground up.Location: Bengaluru, in office.
