Job DescriptionBandi Informatics is hiring ONE exceptional Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA to lead accounting across our growing US-based operations.nWe are looking for a precision-driven finance professional who can take ownership of accounting across multiple US entities and grow into a Controller / Head of Finance role. The OpportunitynThis is more than a bookkeeping position. We are seeking an experienced CA/CPA with strong US accounting knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, and the ambition to build a long-term career with our organization. Key Responsibilitiesn• Full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping in QuickBooks across multiple US entitiesn• Accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing & insurance-claim receivablesn• Bank, credit-card & inter-company reconciliationsn• Construction job costing & real-estate project cost trackingn• Monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow & MIS reportingn• Entity-wise and consolidated financial reportingn• Budgeting, variance analysis & profitability reportingn• Coordination with our US CPA firm on tax filings, 1099s & compliancen• Maintaining clean, accurate and audit-ready books Must-Have Requirements — Non-NegotiablenCA (ICAI)
