Job Description Job Title: Country Manager – Spine & Orthopedics (India & UAE)n Location: Based in India | Market responsibility across India & UAEn Company: Medworks Medical Equipment LLC (Dubai) / NextGen Medworks Indian About the Role:n Medworks is looking for an experienced Country Manager – Spine and Orthopedics to lead our Spine business across India and UAE, with a strong focus on advanced technologies including RF Plasma (Coablation), UBE (Unilateral Biportal Endoscopy), and other spine surgery platforms utilizing plasma probe technology. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who understands the clinical and commercial side of spine surgery, and who can build a market from the ground up while developing a team to sustain long-term growthn Key Responsibilitiesn n Lead and grow the Spine & Orthopedics business across India, with direct ownership of market development for RF Plasma, UBE, and related spine surgery technologiesn Develop and establish the Spine market in UAE, building clinical relationships and commercial presence from the ground upn Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing regional sales and clinical support teamn Manage and strengthen distributor relationships across North, West, and East Indian Build and execute go-to-market strategy for spine technologies, including surgeon training, KOL development, and hospital onboardingn Drive revenue growth and market share across both territories.n Collaborate with global technology partners on product positioning, pricing,



and training support Represent the company at key medical conferences, surgeon workshops, and industry events.n n Key Skills & Competenciesn n Proven experience in Spine/Orthopedic medical device sales and market development, ideally with exposure to RF plasma, endoscopic spine (UBE), or related surgical technologiesn Strong track record of building teams and managing distributor networksn Experience developing a market in the UAE/GCC region is a strong plusn Excellent relationship-building skills with surgeons, hospitals, and distribution partnersn Willingness to travel extensively across India and to UAEn Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skillsn n Requirements:n n Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field and an added advantage of MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management preferred.n n · Minimum 5-6 years of experience in medical device salesn · Strong background in surgical businessn · Hands-on experience in clinical support and OT/surgical assistancen · Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsn · Driving License is mandatoryn · Ability to work independently and manage key accounts strategicallyn Preferred Candidate Profile:n · Clinically robust with surgeon engagement experiencen · Experience in capital equipment and consumable salesn · Energetic, target-driven, and commercially focusedn To Apply: Send your CV: / with the subject – "Country Manager – Spine & Orthopedics"
