cloud services, and managed IT support Understand customer needs and position TecSight's solutions effectively Collaborate with technical teams to create tailored proposals Drive opportunities across digital workplace, hybrid IT, and Gen-AI services Develop long-term relationships with IT heads, CIOs, and business stakeholders Achieve quarterly revenue targets and support overall business growth Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting What We're Looking For 1-3+ years of experience in IT Services & Solutions sales (hardware, software, or IT Infrastructure Managed services, Cloud ) Strong communication skills with a consultative selling skills Ability to translate enterprise IT challenges into effective solutions Proven experience managing end-to-end sales cycles Relationship-oriented, with a robust customer-first mindset Exposure to cloud, hybrid infrastructure, AI solutions, or staffing services is an advantage
