Our growth is driven by educational short-form content — Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok — delivered in Hinglish and English to an audience across India and Canada.About the roleTwelve months from now, you'll own a content engine: a weekly ideation rhythm with the founder, a bank of researched, ready-to-shoot scripts, and a track record of videos that consistently outperform our agency-era numbers. You'll write across all of the founder's businesses, with Canadian immigration as the core.What you'll doRun weekly ideation sessions with the founder — bring researched ideas, argue for the best ones, and kill the weak onesResearch IRCC policy updates, program changes, processing trends, and real case outcomes before writing a single lineWrite 50+ short-form video scripts per month in Hinglish and English, built around strong hooks and tight retentionTurn founder rough ideas, client wins,
