Key Responsibilities
Communications Strategy, Planning & Content
- Develop, manage and deliver structured communication strategies and plans aligned to program milestones, deployment waves and Central CMO standards.
- Translate complex program, process and technology information into clear, practical and audience-specific messages.
- Design, manage and deliver multi-channel communication campaigns for diverse stakeholder groups across a complex, matrixed environment.
- Draft, package and schedule recurring program and end-user communications across agreed channels (email, intranet/SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage).
Change Agent / Champion Network
- Coordinate and support tower-specific change agent network activities across the program.
- Develop and distribute pre- and post-meeting content; facilitate change agent network sessions and maintain the network roster.
- Keep change agents informed, equipped and engaged so they can cascade key messages into their teams.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Enablement
- Partner with program leadership, HR, business leaders, SMEs,
implementation partners and change champions to ensure integrated communication delivery.
- Support leader- and manager-facing materials (talking points, briefings) to enable cascade and visible sponsorship.
- Enable stakeholder readiness so impacted groups understand the change and are prepared to adopt current ways of working.
Engagement & Readiness Tracking
- Track stakeholder engagement, sentiment and participation; support engagement and readiness scorecard inputs.
- Surface adoption risks and readiness gaps early and coordinate follow-up with Change Leads and the Central CMO.
- Provide reinforcement and sustainment support around key milestones and deployment waves.
Required Skills & Experience
- Solid grounding in organizational change management (OCM) principles, change networks and stakeholder engagement.
