- 15+ years of progressive experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Skilled Services sales with a demonstrated track record of growth and success.n
- 5+ years of recent experience selling Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data & Analytics, AI/GenAI, Digital Engineering, or Managed Services solutions into Banking & Financial Services clients.n
- Proven experience managing and growing strategic BFS accounts with multi-million-dollar revenue responsibility.n
- Strong domain expertise across Banking, Capital Markets, Payments, Wealth Management, Insurance, or Financial Services.n
- Established relationships with senior executives and technology leaders within the BFS sector.n
- Experience leading complex deal pursuits, commercial negotiations, and large transformation programs.n
- Ability to identify transformation opportunities related to:n
