nHours: 3 hours/day | 5 Days a week (Wednesday – Friday Evenings; Saturday & Sunday Morning or Evening)

nCompensation: ₹15,000/month + Performance Bonus
nAbout the Role:
nAptiTalent is hiring high-energy, articulate trainers to deliver live online communication, public speaking, and leadership skills for students (ages 8–16). Full curriculum and materials provided.
nKey Responsibilities:
n-Facilitate interactive 1-on-1 or small-group live sessions using our syllabus.
n-Conduct brief 30-minute student baseline assessments during demo sessions.
n-Provide constructive, encouraging feedback to keep students engaged and confident throughout the program.




n-Complete brief post-session attendance and progress updates after each class.
nRequirements:
nExperience: Background as a Public Speaker, Spoken English Trainer, English Teacher or Communication Coach.
nCommunication: Exceptional spoken English with clean enunciation and high vocal clarity.
nClassroom Energy: Patient, warm, and highly engaging with students aged 8–16.
nTech Setup: Laptop with functional webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a quiet, professional workspace.
nAvailability (IST): Wednesday–Friday Evenings (3 hours/day), plus Saturday & Sunday (3 hours Morning or Evening).
