About the RoleWe are looking for a Creative Designer with 2–5 years of experience who can create engaging, visually appealing and platform-specific content for Instagram and other digital channels. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, a creative mindset, and hands-on expertise in AI-powered creative tools for generating high-quality visual content.

Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality and engaging creatives for Instagram, including posts, carousels, Reels, stories and campaign creatives.
- Develop creative concepts and visual ideas aligned with brand objectives and social media trends.
- Use AI tools to generate images, videos, concepts, designs and other creative assets.
- Create content that is optimized for Instagram engagement, reach and audience retention.
- Stay updated with Instagram algorithms, trends, formats and content best practices.
- Understand what drives engagement, shares, saves, comments and reach on Instagram.
- Collaborate with the content,



social media and marketing teams to convert ideas into compelling visual content.
- Design creatives for campaigns, promotions, announcements and brand communication.
- Experiment with new AI tools, design techniques and emerging social media formats.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, typography, colours and visual communication across all creatives.
- Analyse creative performance and continuously improve content based on audience engagement and platform trends.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic/creative design, preferably in a digital marketing or social media setting.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar design tools.
- Excellent hands-on experience with AI creative tools for image, video and content generation.
- Strong understanding of Instagram content formats and algorithm behaviour.
