ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Sales & Admissions Specialist to drive the conversion of qualified leads into enrolled students for NYC — Not Your College.
The role will focus on student counselling, lead conversion, follow-ups, admissions,



and revenue growth while helping build a robust and scalable admissions process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own the sales and admissions journey from lead to enrollment.
• Manage and convert marketing-generated leads into admissions.
• Follow a structured counselling and follow-up process.
• Understand student needs, handle objections, and guide decision-making.
• Define and improve sales scripts, counselling approaches, and follow-up processes.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records through CRM.
• Track admissions, conversions, revenue, and individual performance.
• Work closely with Marketing and other teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Support training and performance improvement of the admissions team.
• Contribute to revenue forecasting and scaling the admissions process.
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
• Strong experience in sales, admissions, counselling, or customer conversion.
• Proven ability to convert lead
