nAd Creative & Performance Design

- Design high-performing ad creatives for Meta, Google, and display campaigns.n
- Create multiple variants for A/B testing with different hooks, CTAs, formats, and layouts.n
- Iterate on designs based on performance feedback from the performance team.n
- Build reusable templates and design systems that improve production speed without compromising quality.n
- Develop performance-focused creatives that balance strong visual appeal with measurable results.n

nSocial Media & Content Design

- Design across all formats including carousels, reel covers, stories, posts, thumbnails, banners, and other digital and printable assets.n
- Maintain visual consistency across content calendars for multiple brands.n
- Adapt creative for platform-specific best practices, including aspect ratios, protected zones, and text limitations.n
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and video teams to ensure design supports the overall creative direction and campaign goals.n





nBranding & Packaging Design

- Lead and support branding projects, including logo design, brand identity systems, colour palettes, typography, visual guidelines, and brand assets.n
- Design packaging for products across print and digital mockups while ensuring consistency with the overall brand identity.n
- Create client-facing collateral such as pitch decks, one-pagers, proposals, presentations, and campaign reports.n
- Ensure every design output aligns with established brand guidelines and quality standards.n
- Support new business pitches with high-quality visual concepts and presentation materials.n
