About the Role
We are looking for highly driven and aggressive Inside Sales Executives to support the
expansion of our franchise network. This role involves engaging with company-generated
leads, explaining the franchise business opportunity, and qualifying prospects before
handing them over to the Business Development team.
As the average investment by franchise partners is ₹30 lakhs and above, we are looking for
professionals who have experience selling high-value products or services and can
confidently engage with business owners, HNIs, and senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities




• Contact and engage company-generated leads through phone calls and virtual interactions.
• Explain the franchise business model, investment requirements, returns, and growth opportunity.
• Conduct first-level qualification based on investment capacity, location preference, business background, and seriousness of intent.
• Make a high volume of outbound calls and maintain consistent follow-ups.
• Build trust and nurture prospects through the early stages of the sales funnel.
• Update all lead interactions and progress accurately in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the Franchise Development team to ensure seamless handover of qualified opportunities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead qualification targets.
• Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and follow-up discipline.

Desired Candidate Profile
• Graduate in any discipline.
