nJob Summary
nWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design, 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization. You will work closely with interior designers to create high-quality 3D views that help clients visualize their dream spaces.
nKey Responsibilities

- Create realistic 3D interior models and high-quality renders.n
- Prepare interior visualizations for residential and commercial projects.n
- Develop detailed 3D walkthroughs and presentation views.n




- Interpret AutoCAD drawings and convert them into 3D models.n
- Apply materials, textures, lighting, and furniture accurately.n
- Coordinate with the Interior Design team to understand project requirements.n
- Revise designs based on client and management feedback.n
- Ensure timely delivery of project visualizations.n

nRequirements

- n
- 1–3 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer (Interior Design preferred).n
- Proficiency in SketchUp.n
- Experience with V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or D5 Render.n
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.n
- Good understanding of materials, lighting, colors, and interior design principles.n
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.n
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.n
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.n

- Experience in residential interior projects.n
