nWhat You'll Do
n• Manage inbound customer queries via email and chat, ensuring timely and high-quality responses
n• Own day-to-day CRM operations on HubSpot — maintaining data accuracy, clean pipelines, and well-organized records
n• Build and maintain a knowledge base by documenting FAQs and recurring solutions
n• Support onboarding for new customers, helping them get value from the product early
n• Work closely with the CS
