- Tracking, analytics,

What we're looking for:nSomeone who understands why a campaign works, not just how to set one up.
nYou should be comfortable with numbers, data, testing and optimisation, while also having enough marketing sense to understand the creative side of performance.
nAnd yes, you should be able to look at a campaign that isn't working and say "I know what we need to change."
