nRole Overview
nWe are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales and build long-term relationships with corporate clients.
nKey Responsibilities
nGenerate new B2B leads through cold calling, networking, referrals and direct client visits.
nMeet IT Managers, Procurement Managers and other decision-makers face-to-face.
nUnderstand client requirements and present suitable products/services and value propositions.
nBuild and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
nPrepare quotations and Sales Orders as per client requirements.
nDevelop new business opportunities and maintain solid relationships with existing clients.




nAchieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts.
nFollow up with prospects and ensure timely communication throughout the sales cycle.
nIdentify new markets, sectors and potential business opportunities.
nPerform other business development activities as assigned by management.
nCandidate Requirements
nMinimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT products/services.
nStrong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
nTarget-oriented, self-motivated and proactive approach.
nComfortable with field sales and face-to-face client meetings.
nTwo-wheeler is not mandatory for Mumbai candidates; public transport can be used.
nLocal Mumbai candidates preferred.
nCandidates must be available to join within 15 days.
