nEXPERIENCE 5–10 years of relevant Business Development / Sales experience
nEDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline. MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Business Development is preferred.
nREPORTING TO Director / Senior Management
nROLE SUMMARY Lead business development initiatives, identify new project opportunities, build relationships with government and private-sector clients, develop strategic accounts, and contribute to revenue growth in PSK's construction and infrastructure business.
nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES "1. Identify and develop current business opportunities across construction, infrastructure, industrial, institutional and commercial segments.
n2. Build and maintain solid relationships with government departments, corporate clients, consultants, architects, contractors,



developers and key decision-makers.
n3. Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, industry events, referrals and direct outreach.
n4. Track upcoming tenders, projects, infrastructure developments and commercial opportunities relevant to PSK.
n5. Prepare business proposals, capability presentations, client submissions and commercial discussions in coordination with technical and management teams.
n6. Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation and client meetings through negotiation, closure and handover.
n7. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular MIS, forecasting and opportunity updates to management.
n8. Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Estimation, Projects and Finance teams to develop commercially viable proposals.
n9. Conduct competitor and market analysis and recommend strategies to improve PSK's market positioning.
