nSutherland is hiring Voice Process Executives for its US & UK customer support projects in Chennai. The role involves handling customer interactions over the phone, understanding customer requirements, resolving queries, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
nKey Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for US and UK clients.n
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate and professional resolutions.n
- Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards.n
- Handle customer complaints, requests, and escalations effectively.n
- Follow defined process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.n
- Maintain accurate customer information and update systems as required.n
- Meet process-specific targets related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.n




- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer issues.n
- Maintain professionalism while communicating with international customers.n
