We are seeking a persuasive, empathetic, and professional Sales Closer, trained to close deals using a unique probing and introspection method utilized by top psychologists. You will connect with potential clients through video calls, guiding them through their life-changing journey of body transformation using our unique solution.

Responsibilities




- Connect with inbound leads through video calls and guide them on their journey to body transformation.
- Maintain a full-time schedule of 30-40 hours per week (Monday-Saturday).
- Be available to communicate via Slack, from 10:00 am-7 pm IST.
- Complete 100 calls per month by opening your calendar accordingly.
- Stay proactive by keeping up with your numbers and CRM activities.
- Lead prospects to the best decision, even if it challenges their comfort zone.
- Build rapport and trust with every client, enrolling only those who are a great fit.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a sales closer or similar role in a target-driven sales environment (minimum 1 year).
- Exceptional verbal communication skills - You’ll be conducting persuasive and effective video calls.
- Strong empathy and active listening abilities to understand client needs.
- Work ethic and motivation to succeed in a remote environment.
