Role Description This is a full-time, in office Relationship Manager role based in Kanpur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new customers, explaining housing and property loan products, and guiding applicants through eligibility assessment and documentation. The role involves building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, responding to queries, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end loan process from application to disbursement.



The Relationship Manager will collaborate with credit, operations, and collections teams, follow up on leads from various channels, and support achievement of branch sales and portfolio quality targets while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
