Digifyne is looking for an experienced Meta Ads Manager to manage and scale lead-generation campaigns for home-service businesses across the United States.

This is a full time, remote position for someone who understands that successful media buying involves more than launching campaigns and monitoring CPL. You should be able to analyze lead quality, develop testing strategies, identify performance issues, and consistently improve results.

AI is rapidly changing how campaigns are researched, created, tested, and optimized. We’re looking for someone who is actively learning, experimenting with new AI tools, and staying on the front lines of this shift.

You don’t need to know every tool available, but you must be curious, adaptable, and willing to use AI to improve creative strategy, research, analysis, reporting, and overall campaign performance.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
• Building, launching, and managing Meta advertising campaigns
• Developing campaign strategies based on each client’s goals and market
• Monitoring CPL, cost per appointment, lead quality, and overall performance




• Testing audiences, offers, creatives, copy, campaign structures, and landing pages
• Identifying why campaigns are underperforming and taking corrective action
• Using AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, creative development, and decision-making
• Staying current with changes across Meta Ads, automation, attribution, and AI
• Communicating creative requirements to copywriters and designers
• Preparing clear weekly performance reports and recommendations
• Managing multiple client accounts while meeting deadlines
• Supporting tracking setup, including Meta Pixel and Conversions API

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• At least 2 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
• Proven experience managing lead-generation campaigns
• Experience working with home-service businesses is strongly preferred
• A strong understanding of campaign structure, attribution, tracking, and optimization
