We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Network Support & Systems Support Administrator to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, demonstrates initiative, and is skilled in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The role involves partnering with collocation and 3rd party vendors, to identify and develop long term solutions and make recommendations to senior management on software and infrastructure needs. The Sr. Network and Systems Administrator works well on their own and as part of a team.

Requirements:

10+ years working in a System Support Admin role
5+ years working in Network Administration
5+ years working with Active Directory (AD) Hybrid




5+ years of Microsoft 365 Management experience
5+ years of Microsoft Entra ID and Intune experience
3+ years of Microsoft Entra ID Conditional Access experience
Good knowledge of managing VMware ESX hosts and windows based Virtual servers
Good knowledge of troubleshooting network and firewall issues
Hands on Knowledge on Sonic, Fortinet and Fortigate firewalls is a huge plus
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely
Good knowledge of troubleshooting complex hardware issues
Ability to lead and execute Technical projects
Excellent customer interfacing skills is a must
Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

Provide remote technical support and solutions across multiple companies, networks and domains to end users.
Resolve Server, networking, Applications, PC, and peripheral issues.
Install and support network nodes including routers
